Procurement marketing teams are under increasing pressure to adopt Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions as the pace of digital transformation accelerates. In their efforts to create more personalised customer experiences, they must navigate the complex balance between implementing next-generation technologies, managing costs, and making data-driven decisions.
To gain deeper insight into these challenges and opportunities, we conducted a survey of 100 senior industry leaders. Through in-depth telephone interviews, we explored the key issues shaping the future of supply chain management.
