To answer this question and many more, eTail Germany surveyed 100 industry leaders, including Directors and Heads of eCommerce, Marketing, and Omnichannel.

The survey explored how these leaders are crafting the omnichannel experience consumers expect, leveraging data analytics for key decisions, and aligning AI strategies to balance consumer demand with organisational needs.

Conducted via telephone interviews, the results have compiled and anonymised by eTail Germany and are presented here with extensive analysis and commentary from Akeneo, Riskified, and the wider eTail Germany community.
