The retail landscape is undergoing a dramatic transformation, characterised by heightened customer expectations, fiercer competition, and rapidly evolving technology.
As a result, retailers are facing unprecedented challenges. However, this also presents significant opportunities.
To gain deeper insights into both, we conducted a survey of 100 senior retail IT leaders. Through in-depth telephone interviews, we explored the key issues shaping the future of retail IT. This report presents the anonymised findings of our research, alongside expert commentary from Cloudflare and the wider Retail IT community.
