Methodology

In the face of technological developments and changing customer preferences, the industry is looking for ways to drive forward efficiency and outsell competition while keeping up with consumers changing shopping behaviour.

To understand these pressing topics, Digital F&B surveyed 100 of the most senior figures in the food and beverage industry. Heads of Marketing, eCommerce, Digital Acceleration and other senior executives from across Europe told us about the challenges they face and the solutions they are bringing to the table to help solve them.

The survey was conducted by appointment over the phone and results were compiled and anonymised by Digital F&B. They are presented here with analysis and commentary from Big Commerce, PayPal and the extensive Digital F&B community.
